A “Cart”, is the plastic thing, which is like a barrel on wheels
These come in 35 - 65 - 96 Gallon sizes.
These are on a ‘Route’, which are picked up on a schedual.
A ”Dumpster”, or Front Load, “Box”, is a 1 to 6 Yard, steel box,
(The 2, and special order 3 Yard Plastic) has 4 wheels, which can be moved by you.
it can hold 1 to 6 yards of material.

Or a one time use, like a home construction or remodeling project.
This Dumpster, can be provided with a Locking Top, at a small one time charge,
Which you put Your Lock on, so only You can put things in it,
And the driver, does NOT need you, to unlock the box, when they dump it.
When the box is upside down, the lid will open, but only when the box is upside down.
These Dumpster, can be used as a, Mini-Roll-Off”.
Perfect for those small home remodeling jobs.

A, “Roll-off”, or a Tank, is a 10, 15, 20, 30, 40, Yard steel container, it is a large container, needing a specialized truck to move. These are mostly a one time use, (Such as Remodeling, Demolition, New Construction), or on a Continual use, for any of the above needs. These are, ‘dropped’ on the day you ask, and picked up, on the day you ask. If you are a One Time use, then you pay for the ‘Tank’, up front. If you are a continual use Customer, then you are billed, (after you fill out the standard customer credit form) 6 Days is the standerd time for a, ‘Dumpster’, or, ‘Roll-Off”to be placed on your property. If you need more time, a small rental charge, per day is assessed.
MSW, is (Municipal Solid Waste), or garbage. Which is anything that is Not, Construction, Recycling, or Hazardous.
Recycling, is things that can be re used readaly. (See Recycling Page)
Waver, is a form, which you sign, which states you are guarantying the condition of the ground, where the trucks drive, to deposit, or pick up a container. If you have a large, ‘Roll-Off’ box, you will need to sign a waver. If you have a Dumpster, you may have to sign a waver. If you have Valet service for your Cart, you will have to sign a Waver.
Valet, service. This is a service, which is used for carts. It is where the garbage truck, when it comes to pick up your garbage, drives into your yard to pick up the cart. Keep In Mind. This service is a Extra Cost, And, if your drive, your yard or area, is not big enough for the truck to go into, you cannot have Valet service. And in Minnesota, we have Snow, (as you well know). If your drive, is Not cleared of snow, to make it passable, you will not have Valet service, and your garbage may Not be picked up that day, if you haven’t taken your cart to the public road rightaway.
We also do a ‘Steel Only”, “Tank”. That is where you put in, ONLY, Steel, it is dropped at a Recycling yard, the Steel content is weighed, and you receive a rebate, on the Steel Only, you put in the ‘tank’. Keep in mind, this is for STEEL only. Any garbage, there will be no rebate. (Steel Only)
Most of your, ‘Garbage’, is taken to a place where it is separated, and most is burned, some recycled, so it provides a new use, for, Your, Garbage.
This is more expenside, than just, Dumping it on the ground in Landfills.
Your Cost, for ‘getting rid of’, your ‘Garbage’.
Is Our cost, for dropping the items you dispose of, (We have to pay a ‘tipping’ fee, per Ton) and the cost of our trucks and drivers, and a small piece, for overhead to stay in business.
The ‘Cost’ of garbage, is a raising cost. And it depends on what a place charge for their ‘tipping’ fee. That cost is dependent on the cost of the land, the cost of re-placing the land,the equipment to seperate items, goverment regulations, fuel, labor, and the profit the owner of that place we, ‘tip’ at wants to make.
Garbage, or MSW, (Municipal Solid Waste) Costs more than, ‘Construction, or Demolition’ Debris. Keep in mind, ONE, bag of fast food packaging, in a 40 yard container of construction items, makes that WHOLE container, the higher priced, Garbage. That is the way we are charged.
However, the service to have us, pick up and haul away, is much lower than you would pay, if you would load up your truck, and haul it yourself.
